Metal sheet equipment generally includes roll forming, cutting, punching, bending always starting from a coil. 

Today, CBM machines has reached a dynamic design and production capacity that together with a marked sensitivity to the highest safety and quality standards, permits it to act across the board in metal sheet plants with high production rate. We design and build machines for high production rate metal.

Since October 2011 CBM machines together with Impianti OMS has made a new venture, First srl , with the goal to sell complete plants for the production of sandwich panel with metal faces and with core insulation in polyurethane or rock wool. Today the continuous sandwich panel production is the most convenient method for increasing the quality and for reducing the costs of the panels produced.

The metal sheet roofing machine can work with in-fly cutting up to 60m/min. A metal sheet roofing line is typically made by a decoiler, a roll forming machine, a cut to length press that can work in start-stop or in-fly, and by a final stacking machine that can prepare the set of roofing sheets produced for the transport. 
CBM produces the complete range of ancillary equipment for roofing.

The appliances sector is where CBM is most experienced, being the equipment involved always customized to the special requirements of the customer. 
Appliances for metal sheet equipments requires high speed, constancy of the geometry produced and high flexibility; we use pre-coated steel coils, stainless steel or aluminum coils.
Any metal part, produced by processing a coil in steel can be produced by the CBM machines; for logistics sector some trucks components are made by insulated panels and are produced starting from metal steel coils.

The lines for metal drawer production are designed specifically for one product like shelves, cabinets, containersand anything else that could serve the customer.

The embossers produced by CBM machines are equipped with forged rolls, shaped with laser technology and finally chrome coated for improving the surface hardness. The adjustment of the coil thickness can be made automatically with adjustable wedges by brushless motors. Embossers can work as stand-alone line if equipped with a uncoiling section before and with a recoiling section after. Or they can be inserted into a metal sheet working line, after the uncoiling section and before the roll forming operation. 
Sectional doors requires some special equipment for stamping a cassette pattern and for edges roll forming.
Cut to length lines are used from service centers for coils working; the parts produced are then used for any metal sheet working line, like bending and punching. CBM can supply the complete set of cut to length equipment.
Coils slitting equipment can be made at low or high speed, up to 100 m/min or even more. 
Starting from coils 1500mm wide, smaller width coils can be produced. Steel, aluminum or stainless steel can be worked with the CBM slitting equipment.
